People Operations Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're growing fast, and our people processes and systems need to keep pace. We're looking for a People Operations Lead to help build and own the systems, data, and processes that power the employee lifecycle - from the moment someone joins to every touchpoint after.

Further, you'll be the owner of our HRIS: configuration, data integrity, integrations, and reporting. You'll design lean, AI powered and well-documented processes for onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding that scale globally without adding bureaucracy. And you'll build the reporting layer that gives leaders accurate, real-time answers on headcount, cost, and workforce trends.

This is a hands-on, builder role, supported by a small team of People Operations specialists. You'll be evaluating and implementing case management tooling, cleaning up data models, and using AI to automate manual HR work wherever possible.

REQUIREMENTS

- Deep hands-on experience building and scaling an AI powered global People Operations team and processes across multiple countries and jurisdictions.

- HRIS and case management tool experience (e.g. Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, ServiceNow) including configuration, integrations, and data governance

- Experience in partnering with Deel who acts as our EOR provider

- Strong analytical skills - comfortable turning messy people data into reliable reporting and insight

- Experience identifying and implementing process or tooling improvements, including applying AI to reduce manual People Operations work

- Sound judgment on data privacy, employment compliance, and payroll governance across global jurisdictions
