SentinelOne is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Services Director to build the Partner-Led Services program within Professional Services. This global role reports to the Senior Director of Technical Services and reflects the growing strategic importance of SentinelOne's delivery partner ecosystem. You will own the operational strategy, governance framework, and performance outcomes for our third-party delivery partner relationships.

This role demands a strategic operator with experience building and scaling partner-led delivery services — someone who understands the incentives and controls needed to keep an ecosystem of partners motivated to deliver high-quality services to our customers.

As a Partner Led Services Director, you will begin as an individual contributor, tasked with defining the operational strategy in collaboration with Professional Services leadership, and subsequently hire and manage additional team members to execute this strategy. You will define and operationalize the ongoing engagement with our service delivery partners to ensure our shared customers receive implementation services that meet our quality standards and set them up for success.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

Define and execute the operational strategy for partner-led services delivery, beginning as an individual contributor before hiring and managing a team to scale the program.

Govern and manage partner performance, defining the partner accountability framework — including SLAs and KPIs — to hold partners to SentinelOne's quality standards.

Drive partner integration and alignment, ensuring partners deliver services consistent with SentinelOne's current best practices and keep pace with product and service innovations.

Influence and align across Professional Services, the channel organization, and other relevant SentinelOne teams to ensure consistency across the partner lifecycle.

Build a high-performing team, attracting, developing, and retaining top partner services talent capable of scaling with the business.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

Over 10 years of progressive leadership and operations management experience, including with partner-led services organizations.

Demonstrated success building and managing partner governance frameworks that drive consistent, measurable performance at scale.

A strong track record in metrics-driven environments, with measurable outcomes focused on KPIs such as customer satisfaction and partner quality scores.

Experience developing and managing service delivery operations, including KPI and quality control design.

Proven ability to collaborate and drive alignment across executive and cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, product, legal, operations, and customer experience.

Demonstrated experience driving AI adoption within services delivery, identifying and executing opportunities to meaningfully impact the quality of services provided.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Leadership qualities, with the ability to guide and mentor delivery teams.
