Materials Coordinator

ICON is seeking a Material Coordinator to work in a team environment to support all production inventory activities, including receiving, stocking, kitting, and ERP systems transactions and work orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow inventory management processes and procedures

Process incoming material from deliveries. Inspecting for kind, count, and condition.

Support communicating and stocking material in appropriate warehouse locations ensuring all items are effectively identified, protected, and owners are notified.

Track, transact, and monitor materials inbound, outbound, cycle counting, POs and work orders in Netsuite.

Work with warehouse management to optimize part of the warehouse for picking.

Relocation of material with the facility and ERP system as change to layout arises.

Support implementation of inventory management business software system

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years experience in a manufacturing warehouse or inventory management environment. Communicate with supervisors and Team leads to determine material requirements

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Able to remain on feet for extended time periods.

Have a detail oriented mindset to ensure part count accuracy.
