About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our Finance team and drive strategic insights around operating expenditures. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to build comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and headcount planning models that support CoreWeave's rapid growth. You will help shape how we allocate resources, improve financial discipline, and deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership.

What You’ll Do

Partner with business leaders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, providing strategic guidance on resource allocation and cost optimization.

Build, maintain, and enhance financial and headcount planning models to support scenario analysis and long-range planning.

Enhance and standardize FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to improve forecasting accuracy and operational visibility.

Serve as a trusted finance partner to functional teams by evaluating new initiatives, conducting ROI and scenario analyses, and supporting business cases.

Collaborate with Accounting on monthly variance analysis by validating data integrity and supporting timely follow-up on cost drivers and discrepancies.

Translate complex financial data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar analytical finance roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Proficiency in building and maintaining financial and operational models.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and the three core financial statements.

Extensive experience with financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

Experience collaborating with C-suite and senior executives in a professional setting.

Proven track record of operating effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Wondering if you’re a good fit?

We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.

You love connecting teams and ensuring every campaign runs smoothly from start to finish.

You’re curious about how strategy, brand, creative, and execution all interlock to drive real business impact.

You’re an expert at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and keeping everyone aligned without missing a detail.
