About the Role:

The Director of Professional Services, EMEA owns delivery execution of OT cybersecurity consulting, incident response, and penetration testing services across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East, serving industrial and critical infrastructure customers across the region's most essential sectors. This role directly manages EU-based practitioners and leads the EMEA region through a Manager, Middle East who oversees the GCC/SAU cluster. The Director is accountable for EMEA utilization, delivery quality, team health, and geographic coverage while serving as a strategic partner to EMEA regional sales leadership. This position requires managing a geographically distributed, multi-cluster organization while balancing operational excellence with regional complexity including time zones, languages, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities:

Directly manage all EU-based consultants, IR practitioners, and pen testers; set performance expectations, provide continuous feedback, and develop individualized professional development plans with measurable goals

Lead the EMEA region through the Manager, Middle East by setting clear strategic direction, creating space for day-to-day leadership, and routing decisions through the reporting structure without bypassing sub-management

Oversee quality and consistency of EMEA delivery outputs across EU and ME; partner with Practice Leads to monitor engagement execution, address quality gaps, and drive adoption of consistent methodologies

Monitor EMEA utilization across both EU and GCC/SAU clusters through billable hours tracking and participate actively in resourcing decisions with SalesOps

Manage regional coverage by addressing time zone, travel, regulatory, and language considerations that affect staffing and engagement execution; identify coverage gaps early and work to address them

Ensure smooth operational execution across the EMEA team; manage operational budgets across the region, track resource allocation, and escalate financial risks appropriately

Collaborate closely with EMEA regional sales leadership to identify service positioning opportunities; participate in regional sales calls and provide direct account support across both EU and GCC/SAU markets

Lead the EMEA region through a Manager, Middle East, providing strategic direction while empowering in-region leadership.

Qualifications:

Experience delivering or leading cybersecurity work in OT/ICS environments — energy, utilities, manufacturing, oil and gas, or similar industrial sectors — with an understanding of the operational constraints that distinguish industrial engagements from traditional IT consulting.

Proven track record leading and developing professional services or consulting teams across multiple locations or geographies

Deep experience in consulting, incident response, and/or penetration testing delivery and methodologies

Demonstrated ability to establish quality standards, monitor execution, and drive process improvement across distributed teams

Experience managing through sub-managers or other reporting structures in matrix organizations

Strong capability to navigate regional complexity including time zones, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations

Experience tracking and managing budgets across multiple regions or cost centers

Strong partnership and communication skills with regional sales organizations and ability to drive commercial alignment

Experience or comfort managing geographically distributed teams with cross-cluster staffing and resource allocation responsibilities
