Data-Focused Project Coordinator (Remote, Contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data-Focused Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of key projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical thinking, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes. Experience with Business Intelligence or Software Development is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Support project management activities and help ensure timely project delivery.

Use different tools to analyze and visualize data for actionable insights.

Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure data quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare reports and support decision-making.

Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business processes as needed.

Proficiency in Russian and/or Ukrainian is required.
