itD is seeking a Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable business insights, automate key business processes, and develop data-driven solutions that support informed decision-making and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in data analysis, Microsoft Power Platform technologies, and data visualization, along with a proven ability to deliver scalable reporting and automation solutions.

Location: Hybrid – Kraków, Lesser Poland, Poland

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key business performance indicators.

Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.

Develop and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps to support business operations.

Clean, transform, and analyze data using Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools to deliver accurate reporting and insights.

Utilize Python to automate data processing tasks and perform advanced data analysis where appropriate.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Internal Responsibilities:

Attend regular internal practice community meetings.

Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.

Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).

Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.

Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).

Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Experience with data analysis and interpreting complex datasets.

Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI (DAX, data modeling), Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Basic to intermediate Python programming skills for data manipulation (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

Working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries, joins, and data extraction.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query.

Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities.

Experience developing business applications and automated reporting solutions.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
