Commercial Sales Coordinator
DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a full-time Commercial Sales Coordinator at our office in Olathe, Kansas. This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented, organized individual to join a team of dedicated professionals. This role will perform billing functions as well as other administrative and customer service job responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Satisfactorily perform all job responsibilities of Sales Support role.
Advanced knowledge of administrative procedures and Company software systems, utilizing such to generate departmental reports for managements review.
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills with the ability to assess and problem-solve customer related issues.
Advanced sales order processing to include entering lines for purchasing, change orders, pre-liens, cost estimates, and sales order billing.
Communication with vendor, suppliers, and customers before, during, and after the sale.
Basic contract processing.
Ability to work overtime may be required.
Other duties as may be assigned.

Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Billing experience (preferred) and AR/AP experience a plus.
