Bring your expertise to a highly collaborative, creative, and innovative team with a market-leading technology product suite. Chronograph is opening its first dedicated presence in Singapore, and we're looking for a seasoned, entrepreneurial client solutions leader to be our founding hire in the region — someone who can operate as implementer, relationship owner, and regional builder simultaneously, and who wants the challenge of standing up a market from the ground up.

This is an expansive mandate. You will own the full client lifecycle for our Asia-Pacific client base — from implementation and onboarding through ongoing relationship management — working directly with some of the region's largest institutional allocators, sovereign wealth funds, and private capital managers. You'll report to the General Manager, EMEA while working in close partnership with global Client Solutions, Account Management, and Client Development leadership in New York and London. As the first person on the ground in APAC, you will also help define how Chronograph builds out its regional team over time — shaping process, local client engagement standards, and the operating rhythm that future hires in the region will inherit.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented top performer to become directly engaged with several of the world's most sophisticated private equity investors and produce an immediate impact within a globally-focused financial technology firm — with outsized influence over how Chronograph shows up in one of the fastest-growing private capital markets globally.

As a Director, Client Solutions focused on APAC at Chronograph, you will:

Own end-to-end implementation and onboarding for new APAC clients, from operating model design through go-live, ensuring a high-quality first experience with the platform

Serve as a strategic and day-to-day relationship owner for a portfolio of APAC clients, spanning GPs and LPs including sovereign wealth funds, fund managers, and large institutional allocators

Drive account health and expansion conversations across your book of business in close coordination with global Account Management leadership

Act as the regional voice of the client, surfacing product feedback and market-specific requirements to Product and global CS leadership

Build and refine implementation and support playbooks suited to the APAC market and time zone, in partnership with global process owners

Represent Chronograph in-region at client meetings, industry events, and prospect conversations, working closely with Sales to support the region's growth

Lay the groundwork for Chronograph's future regional team — informing hiring priorities, reporting structure, and operating model as the APAC presence scales beyond this first hire

You will be successful in this role if you have:

8-12+ years of experience in client solutions, implementation, account management, or a related client-facing role at a private markets technology, SaaS, or private capital-focused firm

A demonstrated ability to operate independently and build structure in a market with no existing local team or playbook

An established professional network across private capital markets in Singapore and the broader APAC region — GPs, LPs, sovereign wealth funds, or institutional allocators

Deep familiarity with private equity, venture capital, or private credit fund operations and reporting

Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning complex data platforms; experience with portfolio monitoring, data management, or financial technology platforms is a plus

Proven experience managing the full client relationship lifecycle — implementation, ongoing support and expansion

Comfort operating across time zones and geographies, with the flexibility to travel to Chronograph's New York headquarters annually, London office biannually, and within the APAC region as needed to support clients

Applicants must have the existing legal right to work in Singapore on an ongoing basis without the need for employer-sponsored work pass sponsorship.

Experience building or scaling a function, team, or market presence from an early stage is strongly preferred

Positive attitude, sense of humor and creativity

Strong analytical, project leadership and communication skills

Even if you do not meet all criteria, we would still encourage you to apply or get in touch! Chronograph offers an entrepreneurial environment where you will be able to proactively identify opportunities to develop and strengthen our team.
