Growth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our Partners and experiences perform as expected, helping them grow within Fever.

Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.

The Role

We are looking for a Business Solutions Program Manager with a structured mindset, who loves improving efficiency in everything and always finds a way to get things done. The W&A team is central to enabling Fever to scale rapidly and capture new markets.

What You'll Do

As a Business Solutions Program Manager within the W&A team, you will

Drive strategic initiatives that change how teams operate to ensure peak performance across departments, guiding projects from inception through implementation and the change management that follows

Be an integral part of the AI strategy definition, implementation, and success tracking

Lead the complete development lifecycle of in-house tools, systems, and processes, ensuring they meet strategic objectives

Conduct comprehensive audits to streamline teams' requirements, significantly enhancing overall efficiency

Align the organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing critical tools and procedures

Take ownership of key processes and engage with department managers worldwide, spanning 50+ countries and diverse nationalities, from day one

Who You Are

You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM degree)

You bring 5+ years of experience in Strategy/Operations Consulting, Start-up/Scale-up Strategy, or Corporate Transformation, demonstrating ownership, high levels of accountability, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach

Comfortable using AI coding tools to build and iterate on internal tools quickly

You are naturally curious, a self-learner, and can push yourself to explore relevant new technologies, understand them, and find optimal implementations

You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, along with a strong bias toward data-based decision-making

You are detail-oriented, capable of reviewing processes, identifying errors, and proposing and implementing improvements

Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills enable you to excel in cross-functional collaboration and effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences with varying backgrounds

Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Higher degree (MBA or PhD in a relevant field such as Strategy or Operations)

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and other programming languages

Knowledge of the state of the art in AI and automation tools
