Automotive Lead Technician - No Weekends!
With a crew of experienced professionals and cutting-edge equipment, we take pride in providing top-tier service and keeping vehicles on the road. We’re currently looking for a Lead Automotive Technician to join our high-performing, fast-paced team and help us continue raising the bar.
Compensation:
$80,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience
Job Summary:
As our Lead Automotive Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert in diagnostics and repairs, leading by example and mentoring a team of skilled technicians. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and top-quality service in every job we do.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing advanced diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models
Leading and mentoring a team of technicians; assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
Collaborating with Service Advisors to build accurate estimates
Keeping up with evolving auto tech, tools, and safety standards
Maintaining clean and organized workspaces and repair documentation
Creating a great customer experience by clearly explaining services and repairs
Qualifications:
5+ years of automotive repair experience (diagnostic experience required)
Proven leadership/mentorship experience in a shop environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and engine systems
Proficient with diagnostic tools and shop software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
ASE certifications are a plus
