Job Title: Associate Cloud Identity Operations

Locations: Bangalore, India. (Core Overlap Hours: Minimum 4 hours overlap with US-based security team hours daily, to support live handoff during incidents and access-review cycles.)

Experience: Upto 3 Years

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Security Enablement, Applications, and Services

A quick snapshot…

The Associate Cloud Identity Operations Associate is an entry-level cybersecurity and cloud operations role within the Security Enablement, Applications, and Services team. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of cloud identity and access management (IAM) services that protect Conga's cloud infrastructure, applications, and users.

The role will focus on identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), privileged access governance, and operational support of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud access management processes. Because Conga operates a multi-cloud environment, Microsoft Entra ID serves as the central identity plane governing access into a multi-cloud environment— this role supports identity operations across that broader ecosystem. Over time, the position serves as a development path into the Cloud Operations team, providing foundational expertise in cloud security, cloud platforms, and infrastructure operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career cybersecurity or cloud professional looking to build deep expertise in cloud identity, access management, and security operations.

Why it’s a big deal…

This role is intentionally designed as a feeder position into Cloud Operations.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience with:

Enterprise-scale cloud identity management across a multi-cloud estate

Microsoft Entra ID administration, including its role as the central identity plane for AWS and GCP access

Cloud security fundamentals

Access governance and compliance

Automation and scripting

Cloud infrastructure operations

Security tooling and operational processes

Success Measures (First 12 Months)

The candidate will be successful when they:

Consistently meet IAM service-level objectives.

Accurately process access requests with minimal errors.

Independently manage standard identity operations tasks.

Successfully support quarterly access reviews.

Contribute automation or operational efficiency improvements.

Demonstrate readiness for broader cloud platform responsibilities.

Develop working knowledge of Azure cloud operations and security controls.
