AI Developer Experience Intern
As an AI Developer Experience Intern, you will be tasked with designing and building AI-powered agents and automations that streamline how our engineering teams work. You'll collaborate closely with engineers to identify friction points in development workflows and prototype intelligent solutions that remove them. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply agentic AI tools to real engineering challenges at scale.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
Design, build, and iterate on AI agents and automations that improve engineering workflows and developer productivity
Partner with engineering teams to identify repetitive or manual tasks that can be automated using AI tools
Prototype and test integrations with AI coding assistants and agentic frameworks
Evaluate the effectiveness of new AI agents through metrics, feedback, and iteration
Document workflows, findings, and best practices to help scale successful automations across teams
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree/Master's degree ideally in Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science, Software Engineering, graduating within the next year
Experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or similar)
Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts, APIs, or agentic frameworks (e.g., prompt engineering, tool use, multi-agent systems)
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams
