Sr Automation & AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Automation & AI Engineer to drive automation, AI adoption, and operational efficiency across a global infrastructure environment. You'll build scalable automation solutions, AI-powered workflows, and self-healing capabilities that improve reliability and operational excellence.

Location: India

Qualifications we are looking for:

7+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation

Python, REST APIs, Terraform, Ansible, Git/GitHub, CI/CD Pipelines

Experience building automation solutions from concept through production deployment

Hands-on experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, RAG architectures, or similar platforms

Job duties:

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python, REST APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern automation frameworks

Build and implement AI-powered workflows leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI platforms

Automate provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, compliance validation, and remediation across network, cloud, and security environments

Partner with Network, Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams to identify and deliver automation opportunities

Develop integrations across enterprise platforms and operational tools

Nice to have:

SD-WAN (VeloCloud preferred), Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, Aruba/Cisco

Multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP, OCI)

Experience in large-scale retail or distributed enterprise environments
