ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Business Finance Specialist to help French SMEs access the right finance, through our panel of lender partners. You’ll engage directly with business owners to understand their goals and challenges, and match them with the best-fit product — across unsecured lending, leasing, MCA, and more.

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role where performance and customer experience go hand-in-hand. As a member of the team, you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, manage a busy pipeline, and consistently deliver strong outcomes. You’ll also contribute insights to improve how we operate and share learnings with the wider team.

SOME OF THE THINGS YOU’LL BE DOING

Managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities from SMEs looking for funding

Understanding each business’s growth plans, challenges, and funding needs

Matching customers with suitable products across a wide range of lenders

Delivering consistently high levels of service — even when a deal doesn't go ahead

Keeping Salesforce up to date with accurate, detailed notes and outcomes

Spotting trends, identifying risks, and sharing insights with the wider PCS team

Confidently representing Tide Partner Credit Services proposition

Sharing success stories, learnings, and wins to help the team continuously improve

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We're hiring a motivated, experienced sales professional with a strong background in SME finance, fintech or SaaS.

You should have:

1+ years’ experience in B2B sales (excluding internships), ideally in high-velocity or consultative roles

Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, self-starting mindset.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)

Fluent French and English (spoken and written)

Passion for helping small businesses succeed
