Senior Workday Specialist
Your Mission
As a Senior Workday Specialist, you will collaborate with the People team and overall Enterprise Applications team to plan, scope, build, test, deliver, and support exceptional solutions, primarily leveraging Workday and its satellite applications (e.g., Greenhouse, payroll platforms, Workato/WD Studio). As the newest member of the team, you'll contribute to a fun and dynamic team environment to build seamless automations, reporting, and integrations while working with cutting-edge technology.
What you’ll do
HRIS Expertise: Act as an internal consultant for the People Team in planning, advising on the planning scoping and design of solutions within Workday and its ecosystem of applications
Configuration & Testing: Functionally configure, test, maintain and backup new and existing Workday integrations, business processes and reports; prepare for major feature releases
Support & Training: Provide ongoing support and training to end users; empowering business partners to maximize the potential of Workday.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and configurations to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders
Team Development: Help to shape the culture, processes and impact of the Enterprise Applications team
Who you are
4+ years of hands-on functional Workday configuration experience across key modules, especially performance and compensation, with exposure to technical integrations (PECI, Core Connector, SOAP web services, etc.).
Analytical thinker with strong problem solving capabilities and a curiosity research, adopt and implement new technologies and methodologies
Adept at stakeholder communication and management, with a track record of success in high-tech, fast-paced environments
Full English professional proficiency, both written and verbal
Eagerness to learn new things / keeping track on the innovations in the HR systems field
