The Program Management team exists to drive tactical efficiency while always keeping the big picture in mind. Members of the Program Management team are the connective tissue between the client-facing front end and the operational backend. We use data to identify the initiatives that will have the largest impacts, and manage our roadmap accordingly. We strive to ensure that Vestwell’s operational teams have the tools they need to provide an exceptional experience for partners and clients while working within optimized, repeatable processes that create scalable and predictable timelines. When we’re successful, it allows for proper expectation setting for our clients and reliable revenue recognition for the business.

What Will You Be Doing?

Assist in the managing and updating of a long-term solution roadmap, and contributing to prioritization of the initiatives on the roadmap.

Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes as updates are made.

Leverage data and reporting to identify trends, inefficiencies, and prioritization.
