Experience You Bring
1–3 years in sales, ideally in a high-volume environment, with a strong record of performance in selling to German speaking clients.
Confident with outbound selling, from cold calls to closing, and everything in between.
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
Skilled negotiator with a drive to deliver value and build lasting partnerships.
Clear, confident communicator who thrives on connecting with new people.
Curious about businesses and what makes them tick. Passionate about helping others grow.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You adapt quickly and stay positive under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM systems (like Salesforce) and business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Bilingual fluency in English and German is required.
