Experienced Solutions Architect, AI Business solutions - ONGC
About The Position
One of our operating companies, ONGC, is looking for an experienced AI Business Solutions Architect to join their team in the Gold Coast, Arundel.
In this role, you will lead the design, architecture and delivery of innovative AI Business Solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and emerging technologies.
You will combine technical leadership with hands-on solution delivery, working closely with clients to solve complex business challenges while mentoring a high-performing team of developers and consultants.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end architecture, design and delivery of enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and AI technologies.
Design and implement complex integrations, including Microsoft Copilot, HubSpot, SharePoint, Azure services, AWS migrations, APIs, and Power Automate Desktop.
Partner with the General Manager – AI Business Solutions to scope projects, develop technical solutions and support presales activities.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical architectures.
Act as the senior technical escalation point, providing expert guidance on complex solution challenges.
Mentor and support Senior and Mid-level Developers, promoting best practice development and architectural standards.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Stay at the forefront of Microsoft technologies and AI innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal capabilities.
Skills Required
10+ years in IT Advisory and Implementation
Extensive experience designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure solutions.
Advanced expertise in Power Automate, including Desktop Flows, Power Apps, Dataverse and Azure integration patterns.
Experience integrating Microsoft technologies with third-party platforms, APIs and cloud services.
Proven ability to lead solution architecture for complex enterprise projects from discovery through to delivery.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage both technical teams and executive-level clients.
Experience supporting presales, solution scoping and technical workshops.
A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for solving complex technical problems and mentoring others.
Microsoft certifications in Azure, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform will be highly regarded.
