Enterprise Account Manager, Emerging Markets
Greenhouse is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager, Emerging Markets, to join our team.
Emerging markets are a core part of our growing international business. The person taking on this position will play a key role in launching a new segment of our account management organization in a hybrid customer success and account management capacity. In this role, you will support our Enterprise LATAM customers in successfully adopting our solutions, as well as manage renewals and upsell additional products.
The ideal candidate will ensure a premium customer experience by understanding their business objectives and partnering with our Marketing, Product, Legal, Professional Services and Finance teams to streamline workflows and communication processes within Greenhouse.
This position is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Manager, Upper Mid-Market, Account Management.

What you’ll do
Effectively manage a mixed book of accounts across our emerging markets
Become the key advocate internally for market knowledge, providing updates to our sales, product and marketing teams on how we serve and win in emerging markets
Build strategic account plans that map out expansion and other upsell opportunities
Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives
Be a hiring coach and strategic partner to our customers - achieved through outstanding product and industry knowledge
Establish relationships high and wide throughout our customers' organizations
Be an active participant in building and improving internal operational processes
Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
You should have
A proven track record in a customer-facing B2B SaaS position
Fluency in English, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish
Experience working in Enterprise account management or customer success roles, preferably with responsibility for renewals
A collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work cross-functionally on a shared objective

It will help to have
A background in Talent Acquisition and the network to go with it
Experience demoing and selling professional services
Experience with Greenhouse’s product suite
Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Gainsight

The national pay range for this role is $92,430.00- $120,185.00 base pay. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
