Data Science Coach

We're seeking an experienced Data Science Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within data science roles. This role includes teaching core data science strategy, machine learning, and predictive modeling skills, as well as helping clients strengthen data cleaning and preprocessing, data visualization, statistical analysis, and data pipeline automation practices. Coaches also guide clients on applying emerging tools like AI fundamentals, AI model evaluation, and AI automation to their data science work. On the career side, coaches offer resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance, along with behavioral and technical interview prep tailored to data science roles, plus networking strategy, salary negotiation, promotion strategy, broader skill building, and support for those pursuing freelancing opportunities. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in data science (as a data scientist, machine learning engineer, or industry professional), a strong track record of turning data into actionable insight, and a clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
