Business Development Representative

What You'll Do

Make 100+ outbound calls and emails each day to generate new business opportunities.

Prospect, qualify, and schedule product demonstrations for our Regional Sales Managers.

Engage with inbound leads from web, phone, and email inquiries.

Build relationships with healthcare organizations by identifying business challenges and uncovering opportunities.

Keep Salesforce and other CRM tools up to date with accurate prospect information and activity.

Collaborate closely with a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Continuously improve through coaching, Gong call reviews, role-playing, and hands-on training.

What We're Looking For

1+ year of outbound sales experience or completion of a college sales program or BDR/SDR certification.

Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls each day.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Competitive, coachable, and eager to grow.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required—we'll teach you the industry.

Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Kansas City, MO (Monday–Thursday in office, Friday remote).
