About the Role

You'll own the design and user experience for digital products across mobile and web platforms. You'll create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all platforms, develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and design user flows, journey maps, and scenarios to guide the development of intuitive user experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine design concepts while ensuring a clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing design style that aligns with brand guidelines.

Sufficient UX/UI project depth - many candidates present only 2–3 projects, or include irrelevant work such as marketing sites, branding, or graphic design. A senior designer should demonstrate 5+ substantial UX/UI projects across different domains (web apps, mobile apps, B2B, B2C).

End-to-end project ownership - most portfolios show work only at the feature level. We want to see projects built from scratch, covering the full design process from discovery to final delivery.

Experience in B2B and enterprise environments - portfolios should include B2B portals, enterprise applications, and ideally financial-domain projects, with at least a few solid examples.

Strong visual craft - some candidates include relevant project types but lack visual quality. We expect high visual aesthetics, including consistent styles, color systems, typography, iconography, modern look and feel, solid layout balance, and effective use of white space.
