UX Designer

ABOUT THE UX DESIGNER ROLE:

WIN is looking for a UX Designer to join our growing team in India. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

This role requires a strong user-first mindset and the ability to simplify complex problems into elegant design solutions. You will contribute across the full UX lifecycle - from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive user experiences

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes

Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas using modern tools, including AI-assisted design workflows

Leverage AI tools to move from concept to prototype in hours, not days

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centric solutions

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve designs

Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and evolving product requirements

Ensure consistency and quality by adhering to design standards and best practices

Contribute to design systems and continuously improve UX processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

4+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design

Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

Familiarity with AI-powered design, prototyping, or research tools to accelerate workflows

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices

Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively

Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment

Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn
