Trust & Risk Operations Analyst
The Role You'll Play
As a Trust & Risk Operations Analyst, you’ll help protect the integrity of our platform and the people and businesses who rely on it. In this role, you’ll monitor activity for potential fraud, abuse, and trust concerns, investigate high-risk cases, and support thoughtful, scalable processes that keep our marketplace safe, reliable, and easy to use.
Monitor transactions, behavioral signals, and platform activity for potential fraud, abuse, or trust concerns
Triage alerts and flag high-risk cases for escalation
Conduct investigations using internal systems, transaction histories, and external tools
Document findings, maintain case records, and follow established workflows and SLAs
Assist in refining operational processes, creating repeatable workflows and maintaining compliance with internal policies
Support cross-functional initiatives with Customer Experience, Product, and Risk teams
The Experience You’ll Bring
1–3 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or trust & safety
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Familiarity with payment platforms and methods (e.g., Stripe, ACH, card networks)
Basic SQL or Excel proficiency for data analysis
Strong communication skills for reporting and cross-team collaboration
