Sitecore Developer (XP) – Senior/Lead

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Sitecore XP Developer to support enterprise CMS implementations and deliver scalable, reliable content management solutions. This role focuses on the development, customization, and optimization of Sitecore XP platforms, ensuring that content experiences meet business requirements while maintaining performance, stability, and scalability.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, a solid .NET development background, and experience working within enterprise environments that require integrations, content governance, and continuous delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Sitecore XP solutions that support enterprise content management requirements.
Configure and customize Sitecore templates, workflows, and content structures to align with business and user needs.
Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability to ensure a high-quality user experience.
Develop and support integrations between Sitecore and other enterprise systems through APIs and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sitecore implementations.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver content management solutions.
Contribute to code quality, development standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in deployment and release activities within established CI/CD processes.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting Sitecore XP solutions.
Solid .NET development background with experience building enterprise applications.
Experience customizing Sitecore templates, workflows, and content structures.
Experience working with integrations and APIs within enterprise environments.
Understanding of platform performance optimization, scalability, and reliability best practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and deployment methodologies.
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Senior/Lead Profile Expectations
Ability to lead technical initiatives and drive solutions from design through implementation.
Experience making technical recommendations and contributing to architecture discussions.
Ability to work independently while providing guidance and support to other team members.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience supporting enterprise-scale CMS implementations.
Proven ability to balance business requirements, platform capabilities, and long-term maintainability.
