Sitecore Developer (Headless) – Senior/Lead

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Sitecore Headless Developer to help design, develop, and maintain modern digital experiences using Sitecore's headless architecture. This role requires a strong technical background in Sitecore Headless development, API-driven solutions, and cloud-based environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable, composable applications that separate content management from presentation layers, enabling flexible and high-performing digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Sitecore Headless solutions using Sitecore JSS and composable architecture principles.
Build and support modern digital experiences leveraging API-first development approaches.
Integrate Sitecore with front-end applications developed using React, Angular, or Vue.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend services to support content delivery and business functionality.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product teams, and other stakeholders within Agile delivery environments.
Support application performance, scalability, maintainability, and ongoing enhancements.
Contribute to development best practices, code quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in CI/CD processes and deployment activities.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience developing solutions with Sitecore Headless.
Solid experience working with Sitecore JSS (JavaScript Services).
Strong knowledge of .NET development.
Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks, including React, Angular, or Vue.
Experience designing and consuming APIs in enterprise applications.
Experience working within cloud-based environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Experience collaborating within Agile development teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional environments.
Client-facing capability
Exposure to cloud-native environments & API-first mindset
Familiarity with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Senior/Lead Profile Expectations
Ability to work independently and drive technical solutions from design through implementation.
Experience contributing to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
Ability to mentor team members and provide technical guidance when needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience delivering scalable, enterprise-level solutions.
