Sitecore Developer (Full Stack) – Senior/Lead

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Full Stack Sitecore Developer to support the development and maintenance of enterprise digital platforms across both front-end and back-end layers. This role requires strong Sitecore expertise combined with full-stack development capabilities to deliver scalable, high-performing digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience building end-to-end Sitecore solutions, integrating enterprise systems, developing modern user interfaces, and supporting cloud-based architectures within Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Sitecore solutions across front-end and back-end components.

Build and enhance user-facing interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.

Develop and maintain back-end services and application functionality using .NET.

Integrate Sitecore solutions with APIs and third-party systems.

Support platform enhancements, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements.

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design activities.

Support deployment and release processes within CI/CD environments.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore development.

Solid .NET development background.

Experience working with modern front-end frameworks, including React, Angular, or Vue.

Experience designing, consuming, and integrating APIs.

Experience working within cloud-based architectures and environments.

Familiarity with CI/CD practices and deployment processes.

Experience collaborating within Agile development teams.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Senior/Lead Profile Expectations

Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives when required.

Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions from design through implementation.

Strong understanding of application architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.

Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Proven problem-solving skills and ownership of technical solutions.
