Sitecore Developer (Content Hub) – Senior/Lead

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Sitecore Content Hub Developer to support digital asset management and content lifecycle initiatives across enterprise environments. This role focuses on configuring, managing, and optimizing Sitecore Content Hub solutions to enable efficient content operations, improve governance, and streamline digital content processes.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sitecore Content Hub, digital asset management (DAM), integrations, and workflow automation, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and maintain Sitecore Content Hub solutions, including digital asset management (DAM) capabilities and content workflows.
Support content lifecycle processes, ensuring efficient management, organization, and governance of digital assets.
Integrate Sitecore Content Hub with CMS platforms and third-party systems using APIs and integration services.
Collaborate with business users to support content management needs and improve operational efficiency.
Optimize content workflows and automation processes to enhance productivity and content delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to content management, workflows, and integrations.
Support ongoing platform enhancements, configuration updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in deployment and release activities within established cloud and CI/CD environments.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Sitecore Content Hub.
Strong understanding of digital asset management (DAM) and content lifecycle management.
Solid .NET development background.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure
Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
Exposure to cloud-based environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and deployment practices.
Experience collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Senior/Lead Profile Expectations
Ability to work independently and lead Content Hub-related initiatives.
Experience improving content operations through workflow optimization and automation.
Strong understanding of content governance and enterprise content management practices.
Ability to support technical and business teams in delivering scalable content management solutions.
