We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery across our enterprise platform ecosystem—spanning ITSM, CSM, HR Onboarding, ITOM AIOps, and IT Service Manager.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and platform capability, serving as the strategic connective tissue between enterprise stakeholders, engineering teams, and senior leadership. If you bring deep ServiceNow fluency, exceptional product instincts, and a passion for transforming complex operational needs into elegant, high-impact digital solutions, we want to hear from you.

As our ServiceNow Product Manager, your responsibilities will span across three core pillars: Strategic Leadership, Discovery & Design, and Execution & Delivery.

Strategic Vision & Stakeholder Management

Own the Platform Ecosystem: Define, maintain, and evangelize a unified product roadmap and backlog across multiple production instances (ITSM, CSM, HR Onboarding, ITOM AIOps).

Champion Change Management: Lead organizational adoption strategies for major platform initiatives, assessing business impact and embedding new capabilities smoothly into daily operations.

Influence & Align: Build trusted relationships with senior executives, negotiating delivery trade-offs with grace and driving transparency around product commitments.

Market Insight: Keep a pulse on the competitive and vendor landscape to proactively identify new platform capabilities that drive business growth.

Product Discovery & Experience Design

Lead Structured Discovery: Drive early-stage research to uncover constraints, dependencies, and blind spots before engineering begins—ensuring we build the right solution the first time.

User-Centric Design: Partner with UX/UI teams to design forms and service portals that deliver friction-free employee and resident experiences.

Data-Driven Innovation: Run early-stage experiments and pilot programs. Leverage analytics data to define platform success metrics and measure the real-world impact of your features.

Agile Delivery & Execution

Agile Planning: Drive the five levels of Agile planning to deliver consistently on technology commitments.

Backlog Optimization: Continuously prioritize user stories, balancing high-value feature development, bug fixes, and technical debt.

Cross-Functional Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks to keep delivery pipelines moving.

Technical Partnership: Collaborate with engineering leads to deeply understand the architecture and integrations fueling our ecosystem (with room for occasional minor HTML/CSS platform tweaks).

Who We’re Looking For

ServiceNow Expertise: 3+ years of dedicated Product Management experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem, ideally spanning multiple modules (ITSM, CSM, HR, or ITOM).

Strategic Agilists: A strategic, tops-down thinker with a deeply ingrained Agile/Scrum mindset who knows how to navigate complex product lifecycles.

Empathetic Prioritizers: Someone who values the resident and employee experience just as much as business metrics when deciding what to build next.

Master Communicators: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex, technical platform data into clear, simple narratives for executives and cross-functional partners alike.

Collaborative Influencers: A natural leader who motivates engineering teams, manages expectations with radical empathy, and influences cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent blend of education and practical, hands-on experience.
