As our product surface grows across regions, brands, and platforms, the visual foundations that hold it together matter more than ever — and that's where you come in. We're looking for a Senior UI Designer to join the Design System team at Super. This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of product and brand — with a specific focus on bridging the gap between our brand/studio teams and product design. You'll own the asset layer of our design system whilst also contributing to the system itself — designing and evolving components, patterns, and tokens that product teams rely on every day.

What the role involves

Own and evolve the full asset library across the design system — icons, illustrations, 3D brand assets, and visual elements used by product teams company-wide

Serve as the bridge between Brand, Studio, and Product Design — attending cross-team syncs and translating brand direction into product-ready assets

Collaborate with product teams to fulfil asset requests and ensure visual consistency with design system and brand standards

Support product design teams through reviews, audits, and hands-on collaboration, ensuring work meets design system standards whilst actively pushing the visual and UX bar higher across product areas

Design, document, and maintain UI components and patterns, working closely with design system engineers to keep Figma and code in sync

Contribute to the token system across themes, brands, and modes, and help shape how the system evolves across rebranding efforts

Leverage AI tools to accelerate asset creation — from generating brand-consistent visuals to exploring new graphic directions

Contribute to motion design across the product, bringing interactions, transitions, and branded moments to life

Partner with the team on future work toward a unified shared design system across Product and Brand

Maintain Figma libraries with a clean, scalable, systematic structure — naming, organisation, and consistency are non-negotiable

Document clearly in Notion so teams can confidently use what you create

What we are looking for

Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showing icon systems, illustration, and/or brand asset work

Strong UI craft — a sharp eye for visual quality, typography, colour, and compositional detail

Motion design experience, including working knowledge of Rive/Lottie and native platform motion

Proficiency in Figma — variables, modes, component properties, and scalable library management

Hands-on experience with AI tools for graphic and design work, and genuine curiosity about how AI is reshaping creative workflows

Experience working within or alongside a design system, with a solid understanding of tokens, components, and consistency at scale

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate different team contexts and communicate design decisions clearly

Systematic and organised by default — naming, structure, and file maintenance reflect your thinking

Accessibility-aware — contrast, motion sensitivity, and inclusive design are part of your standard process

Strong written and verbal English

Nice to have

Experience with multi-brand or themeable design systems

Familiarity with design-to-code workflows (Code Connect, Storybook, token pipelines)

Background in sports entertainment, gaming, or a high-paced consumer product environment

Experience evangelising or contributing to a design system across multiple product teams

What we offer

Medical / Health Insurance

Open Annual Leave

Employee Assistance Programme

Training & Learning Development

Additional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.
