What You’ll Do

Configure, deploy, and validate client environments supporting SaaS upgrade programs.

Execute end-to-end application upgrades, including deployments, configuration, system integrations, and environment readiness activities.

Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, databases, integrations, batch processes, and infrastructure components.

Perform root cause analysis, log analysis, and issue resolution to ensure successful project delivery.

Support testing, validation, go-live activities, and post-deployment stabilization.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, QA, and client stakeholders to coordinate technical deliverables and resolve implementation issues.

Develop technical documentation, implementation procedures, and operational best practices while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

Senior-level supporting enterprise software implementations, SaaS upgrades, or technical system administration.

Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and root cause analysis skills.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Sybase.

Solid understanding of batch processing, job scheduling, system integrations, and application deployments.

Experience working with infrastructure components, operating systems, and monitoring tools.

Familiarity with scripting, XML, networking concepts, and enterprise application support.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams throughout implementation and upgrade projects.

Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms or investment management systems.

Financial Services, Investment Management, Trading Systems, or Charles River IMS (CRIMS) experience is highly desirable.

Understanding of deployment methodologies, environment management, and production support.

Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity concepts is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Nice to have

Experience supporting Charles River IMS (CRIMS) environments.

Experience with enterprise monitoring and scheduling platforms.

Exposure to deployment automation and infrastructure management.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics, or a related technical discipline.
