Senior Revenue Operations Analyst
About the Role
Ethos is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team supporting B2C sales. This is a high-impact individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of sales analytics, process optimization, and systems ownership. In this role, you'll translate complex data into decisions that directly move revenue.
The Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst will drive infrastructure that powers our sales teams: funnel reporting, performance dashboards, experiment analysis, and the data quality standards. You're the kind of person who loves digging into data, spots broken metrics before anyone else notices, already has a hypothesis about why, and ships a fix before the next standup.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analytics & Insights
Own end-to-end reporting across the marketing-to-sales funnel, including leading indicators (dial volume, connect rate), in-process metrics (CVR by segment, handle time), and lagging outcomes (issued AP, persistency)
Build and maintain dashboards in Mode, Hex, and Amplitude that give sales leadership a real-time pulse on performance
Conduct deep-dive analyses on conversion rate trends, agent performance, campaign effectiveness, and channel mix; surface findings in a format executives can act on
Design and evaluate A/B experiments across outreach cadences, agent workflows, and channel strategies; communicate results with statistical rigor and business context
Partner with Sales and Finance on building models to help define initiatives such as compensation plans, headcount requirements, and other business critical models
AI Native
Fluent in leveraging AI tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive workflows, and surface insights faster
Default to AI-augmented workflows: uses large language models to draft, analyze, and iterate at speed, while maintaining the judgment to know when to verify, push back, or go deeper
Actively integrates AI into day-to-day work; from writing SQL and building dashboards to synthesizing qualitative feedback
Qualifications and Skills:
4+ years in Data Analytics, Revenue Operations, or a closely related analytical role — ideally in a B2C or high-velocity phone sales environment
Strong SQL skills; experience querying large datasets to answer open-ended business questions, not just pull pre-defined reports
Hands-on experience with dashboarding and analytics tools (Salesforce, Mode, Amplitude, Hex, or similar)
Familiarity with sales tech stack tools like Regal, Balto, or comparable dialer/QA platforms is a plus
Comfort operating in ambiguity: you scope your own work, ask the right clarifying questions, and don't wait for a fully defined spec to get started
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
High bar for data accuracy; you treat a wrong number in a dashboard as a fire, not a footnote
Available to work onsite in our Bangalore office on night shift hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST) to align with US-based sales teams
Nice to Have
Master of Business Administration
Experience with insurance, fintech, or other licensed sales environments
Exposure to compensation modeling, quota design, or headcount planning workflows
