Position Overview:

The Senior Manager, Publisher Relations will be responsible for owning strategic and complex publisher relationships and drive revenue growth across senior-level accounts. This role will serve as the senior point of contact for key publishers, lead commercial negotiations on complex deals, pursue new business across both existing and prospective clients, work closely with internal teams to deliver events and activations that meet partner commitments and EFG's commercial goals.

What You’ll Do:

Client Relationship Management: Own senior-level client relationships and communication on strategic and complex accounts; act as voice of the partner internally and ambassador of EFG externally

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth both within existing strategic accounts and across new prospects

Pitch Development: Lead RFP submissions, high-stakes pitches, and ideation of new events, leagues, and activations for partners/publishers

Commercial Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations on complex deals, including commercial terms and multi-year agreements with key clients

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across Production, Operations, Legal, Finance, and other relevant internal stakeholders to scope and deliver complex events and activations for partners

Subject Matter Expertise: Act as internal SME on specific publishers and/or strategic accounts; feed insights back into product and account growth strategy

Performance Monitoring: Own performance monitoring on strategic accounts including, viewership, and account financial reporting

Product & Industry Knowledge: Leverage working knowledge of EFG's product portfolio and the competitive gaming and esports landscape to enhance delivery and/or identify revenue opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of account or partnership management experience, including ownership of strategic or high-value accounts, preferably within esports, gaming, or entertainment

Proven track record of securing and growing high-value publisher partnerships

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growth KPIs

Deep understanding of the esports ecosystem, including key players, trends, and market dynamics

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel and work across timezones
