About the Opportunity

Play a key role in facilitating fiat transactions on a global scale

You will be responsible for managing daily settlements, reconciliations, addressing and solving payment-related issues efficiently

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse professionals globally and contribute to the growth and success of our platform

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage customers' fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform, be responsible for overseeing and executing the transfer of fiat currency into and out of the exchange

Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts

Resolve customer inquiries related to payment processing

Analyse and highlight exceptional items related to settlements and collaborate with cross functional teams and banking partners to resolve the issues in a timely manner

Support future development efforts by testing new product offerings

Provide performance reports and analysis with metrics for assessing performance and improvements

Support the accounting team with reconciliations and other payment-related activities

Review settlement operations and suggest areas of improvements and automations

Support on ad-hoc requests from the operation team or cross functional teams

What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in fiat operations, preferably in cryptocurrency, banking, payment services, or fintech industries

Proficient in financial reconciliation and accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets

Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Familiarity with MAS regulations and compliance procedures is a plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

Proficiency in English, written and spoken

Nice to Haves

Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange

Experience working across time zones and cross cultural teams
