Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in BPO sales operations, bid management, or program management.
Tech Skills: Expert in HubSpot or similar CRMs, advanced spreadsheets, and project management tools like Trello.
Advanced CRM skills (HubSpot) with a strict discipline for data hygiene, reporting, and tracking sales KPIs.
Communication: Clear, professional, and assertive written communication skills.
Relationships: Ability to build and maintain strong corporate B2B and partner relationships.
Work Style: Proactive, independent self-starter who can lead projects and make sound decisions.
Execution: Exceptionally detail-oriented with a positive attitude under tight deadlines and pressure.
Traits: Hyper-detailed-oriented with exceptional proofreading skills during contract creation.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Deal & Sales Team Support
Inbound Triage: Monitor emails and Typeforms to qualify leads entirely through written communication, with zero live calls.
Workflow Differentiation: Categorize incoming leads as standard deals or complex RFPs to trigger the correct backend workflows.
Prospect Scheduling: Coordinate and book discovery meetings or presentations between qualified prospects and sales leadership.
Deal Management: Create and maintain deal cards in HubSpot, Trello, and RFP tracking sheets.
Playbook Administration: Update internal sales playbooks with relevant lead data to empower active sales teams.
Deal Execution & Contract Drafting
Proposal Architecture: Help draft tailored, polished sales proposals and RFP responses based on approved pricing and client requirements.
Case Study Integration: Embed and improve relevant case studies into proposals based on the prospect's industry and operational pain points.
Contract Generation: Assist in drafting the MSA (Master Service Agreement), Exhibit A (Statement of Work), DPA (Data Privacy Agreement), and populating the Partnership Success Guide.
Strategy, Market Research & Cross-Functional Alignment
Outreach Intelligence: Research and profile top prospective companies within global segments to fuel outbound sales sequences.
Branding Support: Review and provide operational feedback on corporate LinkedIn posts and marketing collateral.
Data & Analytics: Tracking sales performance and managing the CRM in HubSpot.
