We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers — identifying the right companies, starting meaningful conversations, and building the pipeline that fuels Suvoda's growth. It's an ideal launchpad for someone who wants to develop their skills in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment where the work ultimately helps advance human health.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify high-potential companies and prospects through cold calling, email outreach, events, social media and other methods

Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and effectively communicate Suvoda’s products/services, benefits, and value proposition

Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat and engage with prospects to understand their needs and requirements

Qualify inbound leads by assessing their fit, interest level, and potential as customers

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategic prospecting initiatives and campaigns and to prioritize and route inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up and engagement

Utilize CRM software to manage and track lead generation activities, update prospect information, and document interactions

Schedule Discovery Meetings for the sales team with qualified inbound and outbound prospects, and follow-up to ensure successful handoff

Continuously strive to meet and exceed activity metrics and monthly and quarterly targets and objectives

Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Communicate clearly and persuasively; articulate value to potential customers.

Organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize and manage time effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

Flexibility and adaptability to change

Desire to learn and further develop your sales skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and tech stack
