JOB TITLE: SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

LOCATION: REMOTE

TIME ZONE: US TIME ZONES (EST–PST)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to support pipeline growth across our Tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, FinTech, and AI product lines. This mid-level role requires strong outbound prospecting skills, comfort selling technical solutions, and the ability to engage decision-makers in fast-paced B2B environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn

- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales-ready opportunities

- Educate prospects on SaaS, cybersecurity, FinTech, and AI solutions

- Set qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives

- Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders

- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity

- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on messaging and targeting

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience as an SDR or BDR in a B2B environment

- Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered

- Experience working with US or UK-based companies

- Proven success in outbound prospecting and meeting quota targets

- Experience selling or supporting SaaS products

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Background in tech, cybersecurity, FinTech, or AI-driven platforms

- Experience selling to technical or executive-level stakeholders

- Familiarity with account-based sales strategies

TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY

- CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

- Sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar)

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace tools
