About the Role:

We're looking for a highly organized and technically minded CRM & Marketing Operations Associate to support lifecycle campaign execution across multiple consumer brands within our portfolio. This is a direct-to-consumer marketing role focused on engaging, retaining, and reactivating our existing player base through in-app messaging, push, and email. It is not a sales, business development, or lead generation position.

This role reports directly to the NextGen CRM Manager. You will work closely with both marketing and engineering teams to ensure lifecycle campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with retention and revenue goals.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of consumer lifecycle marketing, marketing technology, and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in building, testing, and deploying lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging in Braze, spanning onboarding, retention, pre-churn, and reactivation moments

Help manage promotional campaigns targeted to specific player segments

Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure CRM workflows are technically sound and hit the right audiences at the right stage of the player lifecycle

Perform QA and troubleshooting for dynamic content, personalization logic, segmentation, and deliverability

Help maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and creative asset libraries across brands

Contribute both operational and creative input to lifecycle and promotional initiatives

Support performance tracking and reporting on engagement, retention, and reactivation metrics, and flag issues or abnormalities

Qualifications:

Experience in consumer (B2C) CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, or a similar support function. Experience should be in engaging and retaining an existing user base rather than sales or lead generation

Familiarity with Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform

Experience and/or interest in the American sports and casino gaming industry

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Comfortable communicating across teams, including engineering

Passion for consumer digital products in sports, gaming, or entertainment

This position is onsite at our Monterrey, MX office
