About the role
We are looking for an experienced Non-Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This position will be instrumental in helping the business scale across critical, high-priority roles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own end to end hiring strategy for tech and/or non-tech critical roles
Source passive talent through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.
Engage with potential candidates and screen for alignment, availability, and interest level
Provide a world-class recruiting experience to each candidate regardless of outcome
Employ creative sourcing strategies and proactively build a pipeline of diverse talent
Manage candidate funnel and determine quality activity needed at the top of the funnelto exceed hiring metrics
Ensure candidates move through the interview pipeline in a timely manner, following upwith hiring managers when necessary
Schedule Interviews
Qualifications and Skills:
5-7 years of relevant recruiting experience
Experience using recruiting metrics and data to drive decisions and strategy
Prior experience sourcing talent at a start-up or agency with a preference for technical sourcing experience
Experience with supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion through the recruiting process
Demonstrated the ability to build strong working relationships, including collaborating with leaders, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles and updating pipeline progress
Ability to engage candidates through targeted email and LinkedIn outreach, and pitch Ethos and roles over the phone in an accurate and exciting way
Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting tools
