Job Summary

Loenbro is in search of a Document Control Specialist to be based out of our Denver Colorado office. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's document control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility. This role supports project billing, contract documentation, audits, and close-out processes, while working across departments to maintain document integrity.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Maintain version control and track revisions.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Support project close-out activities.

Resolve documentation issues with Accounting, QC, and Production teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

Must possess a GC/Supervisor license for the city of Aurora Colorado.

Previous experience in document control.

Quality Control experience.

Preferred:

Construction Management Experience.

Quality Control Experience.

Work Environment:

This position may require travel to various project sites.
