Quality Technician Electronics - second shift
Position Overview
We are seeking a quality technician for second shift
Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual and/or microscopic inspection of solder joints on PCBs (through-hole and SMD).
Verify product compliance according to standards such as IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001, or other applicable norms.
Identify soldering defects (bridging, insufficient solder, cold joints, etc.) and document non-conformities.
Conduct basic functionality and electrical testing of electronic assemblies.
Quality checks following Work Instructions.
NCR reporting.
Qualifications
Quality experience in manufacturing environments
Education:
Technical degree or vocational training in Electronics, Quality, or a related field
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in quality department
Preferred Qualifications:
IPC-A-610
No Conformity report
Analytical mindset

Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inspections and reporting
Analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
Proactive and hands on approach to tasks
Good communication skills to report non conformities clearly and effectively
