What you'll do
The Procurement Manager for the Switchboard category owns the end-to-end buy for everything that goes into a switchboard — metals, busbars, electrical components, and subassemblies. You will run supplier sourcing and negotiations, place and manage purchase orders to keep production on schedule, and build the category strategy that drives cost down and delivery performance up over time. This role is central to keeping our switchboard line fed with the right parts, at the right cost, on time.
Where you'll work
This role is based out of our Long Beach location.

Who we hire
We hire people who thrive in chaos and get sharper under pressure. You don't wait to be told what to do, you spot the gap and fill it. When there's work to be done, you do it. You make decisions with the information you have, move fast, and adjust along the way. We're not looking for perfect; we're looking for people who get things done.
