Principal Product Manager- Adapters

Axonius is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our strategic Adapter Hub domain, which drives the platform's connectivity across more than 1,500 third-party system integrations. In this highly technical and impactful role, you will define the core configuration, onboarding, and error-handling user experiences while simplifying complex data mappings and action automations. You will collaborate closely with UX designers and an engineering team leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to ensure enterprise customers seamlessly unlock the full value of their integrated technical ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Understand third-party enterprise products (such as AWS, GCP, ServiceNow, and Microsoft) to define functional product requirements and design user flows that maximize customer value based on product usage.

Own the end-to-end user experience for integration setup, configuration, onboarding, error handling, and alerting mechanisms.

Partner with UX design teams to translate intricate backend architectures and data-pull parameters into simple, intuitive user workflows and interfaces.

Collaborate with engineering teams to guide product decisions, scope milestones, and execute roadmap deliverables in an AI-forward development environment.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise software, platform infrastructure, or data integration products.

Proven technical literacy with hands-on experience evaluating APIs, data models, and system integration architectures.

Demonstrated track record of designing complex user interfaces (UX) and translating deep technical capabilities into intuitive business-user workflows.

Professional proficiency in English and Hebrew with experience leading product delivery in high-velocity engineering environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional background in software engineering, backend development, or technical architecture.

Direct product management experience overseeing an integration hub, ecosystem marketplace, or workflow automation platform.

Subject matter expertise in the core administration, configuration, or data schemas of ServiceNow, AWS, GCP, Azure, or large-scale enterprise directories.

Demonstrated experience defining or implementing AI-driven features, automated mapping agents, or generative AI capabilities within a product lifecycle.
