Performance Marketing Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will create, analyse, and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Apple Search Ads, primarily focused on the Brazilian market with opportunities across upcoming markets. You will be part of a multicultural team spanning Brazil, Romania, Poland, Ireland, Belgium, and Croatia, contributing to Super's customer acquisition growth through data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of performance marketing best practices.
What the role involves
Create, analyse, and optimise Google Ads and Apple Search Ads campaigns (primarily Search) to meet business objectives across Brazil and other upcoming markets
Identify opportunities for customer acquisition growth, including SEM targets for visibility, traffic, acquisition, and efficiency
Monitor Google Ads budget and performance, proposing and implementing optimisations to meet marketing objectives and ensure best practices in account structure, campaign setup, and management
Conduct competitor research and analysis, including strategies, market positioning, product offerings, and customer feedback, to identify opportunities and inform business strategy
Run A/B tests across ad copy, bidding strategies, and other variables, making data-driven decisions based on results
Leverage Smart Bidding best practices, AI tools, and the latest trends in Search and App marketing to scale performance and work efficiently
Create reports and analyses to track key business KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and action
Work closely with other acquisition channels and internal departments to brief opportunities, promotions, and landing page requirements aligned to PPC and business goals
What we are looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience running and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Apple Search Ads, either in-house or at an agency
Experience leveraging data and analytics to fine-tune campaigns and drive efficient performance
Strong understanding of Smart Bidding, Google best practices, and conversion funnel optimisation
Ability to create clear reports and analyses tied to key business KPIs
Comfortable working independently within a small team whilst contributing to a large-scale organisation
Open to business travel
Confident communicator in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
Experience in the iGaming, gambling, sports betting, or e-commerce industry
Experience managing Google Ads performance campaigns for large clients with measurable results
Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification
Strong knowledge of analytics tools
Interest in or enthusiasm for sport
