The Role:

Valtech is seeking a high-performing New Business Executive to accelerate our growth across the DACH region, with a clear mandate: win net-new enterprise clients and expand our regional footprint.

This role is purpose-built for a hunter — someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and converting strategic opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

You understand how to bridge boardroom priorities with digital execution, including how AI and emerging technologies can unlock new value across customer experience, operations, and marketing performance. You’re comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders, shaping transformation agendas, and positioning complex solutions in a clear, business-driven way.

Role Responsibilities:

Own new logo acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and win new enterprise clients across DACH

Build and execute a strategic GTM plan focused on high-value target accounts and priority industries

Drive the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and qualification through to solutioning, pitching, and closing

Lead with insight: Shape client conversations around business value, digital transformation, and the role of AI-driven innovation

Develop senior relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers

Create and convert pipeline through outbound prospecting, personal networks, partner channels, and marketing collaboration

Leverage AI-enabled tools and data insights to enhance prospecting, pipeline development, and sales effectiveness

Lead high-impact pitches and RFP responses, positioning Valtech as a strategic transformation partner

Co-sell with strategic partners (Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentful, hyperscalers, etc.) including joint AI-led propositions

Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling, differentiated solutions

Maintain pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting

Represent Valtech externally at industry events, networking forums, and partner activations

Must have Qualifications:

Proven track record in new business hunting, consistently winning net-new enterprise logos within a digital agency or consulting environment

Experience selling complex, multi-million euro engagements, spanning digital experience, data, technology, and increasingly AI-enabled solutions

A strong network in the DACH region, ideally including senior decision-makers and C-suite relationships

Strong understanding of how AI and data can be applied in commercial and customer experience contexts

Exceptional consultative sales skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into impactful digital and AI-enabled strategies

Confidence in leading end-to-end sales cycles, including shaping deals from early-stage engagement to closure

Deep understanding of one or more key industries (e.g., Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Life Sciences)

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex client organisation

A results-driven, proactive mindset with a passion for winning and building long-term partnerships

Strong communication and storytelling skills, with fluency in German and English highly preferred
