Manager, Campaign Operations
About the Role
We are seeking a collaborative and results-oriented leader with 12+ years of experience in AdTech and Digital Campaign Operations, including at least 6 years in people management. You will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality ABM, display, video, and programmatic campaigns across global markets while partnering with Client Success, Sales, Media Planning, Analytics, and Engineering.
What Will You Own
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Campaign Operations team.
Own end-to-end execution of ABM and digital advertising campaigns.
Ensure campaigns meet KPIs, SLAs, pacing, and client expectations.
Monitor campaign health and resolve delivery issues through root cause analysis.
Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
Provide technical leadership on AdTech platforms and campaign implementation.
Manage hiring, coaching, capacity planning, and performance management.
Prepare operational dashboards and leadership reports.
Stay current with AdTech trends, privacy regulations, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
12+ years in AdTech/Digital Campaign Operations with 6+ years leading teams.
Experience managing display, video, programmatic, and ABM campaigns.
Hands-on expertise with DSPs, SSPs, campaign trafficking, ad serving, audience targeting, pixel implementation, creative QA, and optimization.
Experience with The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, Beeswax, StackAdapt, CM360, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of HTML5 creatives, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot, and attribution.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
