Limited X-Ray Technician (LXMO), High Lakes Urgent Care
High Lakes Urgent Care, of Praxis Health, is seeking a Limited X-Ray Technician (LXMO) to support patient care by performing diagnostic imaging and assisting with clinical duties as needed. This role is ideal for candidates with Medical Assistant experience who are certified in limited-scope radiologic imaging.
SCHEDULE
Full-time or PRN ; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. shifts
COMPENSATION
$43-45 per hour, commensurate on experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Perform high-quality limited-scope X-ray imaging in accordance with state regulations
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain equipment standards
Assist providers with basic clinical tasks, as needed
Prepare exam rooms and support patient flow
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Current LXMO (Limited X-Ray) certification
Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a clinical setting preferred
Basic knowledge of radiologic safety and procedures
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

General Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
