About the Job

This role will focus on accessibility testing, conformance and remediation support across Keeper’s React-based product experiences, including the Vault team, Browser Extension team and Admin Console. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG standards, hands-on experience with assistive technologies and accessibility testing tools, and the ability to work closely with Product, Design, QA and Engineering to identify issues, document findings and validate fixes. Reporting into the QA organization, this role sits at the intersection of quality assurance rigor and accessibility expertise and will help ensure accessibility is built into the development lifecycle rather than addressed at the end.

Responsibilities

Conduct manual and automated accessibility audits across Keeper’s frontend product experiences, including Vault, Browser Extension and Admin Console

Evaluate product experiences against Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards

Test with assistive technologies including screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control and related accessibility tools

Write clear, reproducible bug reports with severity ratings, accessibility impact, relevant standards references and recommended remediation guidance

Partner with frontend engineers, designers, product managers and QA teams to help build accessibility into the product development lifecycle

Validate remediations and track accessibility conformance over time

Author and maintain VPATs and Accessibility Conformance Reports

Help define accessibility acceptance criteria, QA test plans and repeatable accessibility review processes

Review frontend implementations and UI behavior to identify issues related to semantics, ARIA usage, focus management, color contrast and accessible interaction patterns

Use AI-enabled tools and workflows where appropriate to improve testing efficiency, issue analysis, documentation and remediation support

Requirements

2+ years of experience in accessibility testing, QA, product quality or a related technical role

Strong working knowledge of Section 508, WCAG 2.1/2.2 and digital accessibility best practices

Hands-on experience with assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation and other accessibility tools

Ability to read HTML, CSS and ARIA well enough to diagnose issues and evaluate proposed fixes

Familiarity with React-based frontend applications and modern UI development patterns

Experience with automated accessibility testing tools such as axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, ANDI or similar tools

Strong written communication skills for clear, actionable accessibility defect reporting

Ability to partner closely with engineers, designers and QA teams to support accessibility remediation

Ability and willingness to use AI tools effectively to support accessibility testing, analysis, documentation and workflow efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Ability to assess visual and non-visual accessibility barriers in digital interfaces, including barriers affecting users who are blind, low vision, deaf or hard of hearing, mobility impaired, neurodivergent, or using assistive technologies.

Some essential functions require assessing visual presentation and comparing visual states across designs, implementations, and accessibility standards. Candidates must be able to perform these functions independently or with reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience authoring VPATs or Accessibility Conformance Reports

Experience supporting accessibility across browser extensions, web applications or admin consoles

Familiarity with React component patterns and frontend implementation details that impact accessibility

Experience with mobile accessibility testing for iOS or Android

IAAP certification such as CPACC, WAS or CPWA

Experience working in FedRAMP, government or other regulated software environments

Deep understanding of the needs of users who rely on assistive technologies and accessible interaction patterns

Experience in cybersecurity or other security-sensitive product environments
