Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -  New Hampshire

Pay: $85.00–$100.00 per hour

Licensed Support ABA, (LBAPS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a supportive group of professionals who are committed to helping children and families achieve success. We are looking for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with families, mentoring team members, and developing individualized treatment plans that help clients reach their goals. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newer BCBA looking to continue growing professionally, we provide the support and resources needed to help you thrive.

What You'll Do:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Provide clinical oversight and ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively

Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals

Review and analyze client data to guide treatment decisions and monitor progress

Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill development across environments

Collaborate with families, team members, and other professionals involved in client care

Maintain clinical documentation and treatment updates in accordance with company and funding source requirements

What We're Looking For:

Active BCBA certification in good standing

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Ability to analyze data and make informed clinical decisions

Professional, ethical, and family-centered approach to service delivery

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality of care
